I want to serve our community. Sometimes it means finding a vacant property and renovating it for the good of the neighborhood. Other times, it is a deeply personal story for a struggling homeowner. Selling your home is a very personal story, and I want to hear it. Even if you are in a sticky situation. I specialize in properties heading towards foreclosure, in need of repairs or simply vacant. Traditional selling methods may not be ideal. Preparing a home to put on the market can be exhausting and expensive. Many people are not aware that there are other options. I can be that 'other option.'
I started MSC last year with the intent that there were vacant houses out there that needed love and I could help. Truth is that those homes needed love far before they sat vacant, and more often than not, the people inside of them did too! I am just one woman with a very small team, mostly family, that have realized we are better together. If you have a home that is headed toward foreclosure, was left to you as part of an estate, or even just in need of a heavy facelift before you sell, call me to see how we can help! I promise you the difference between selling AS IS and letting me assist you is HUGE. Once upon a time dreams were connected to that home, a legacy someone wanted to leave behind. Life can really change our plans sometimes, but that doesn't mean you should lose the equity that dream came with. My offer is to work with you and propose a plan to sell that home with enough value that the light returns to your eyes. Together we discuss the challenges. You may have anyone present you wish to go over any of this, at anytime. Realtors, family, friends. None of this is secret. All of the numbers we review are transparent. Here's the catch, working with me means a partnership. I want you to win. I will not make more money on the sale of your home than you will. I belive this is my purpose in life. This is the difference I want to offer. How do I know this works? I just did it. My sister brought me a house she owned. She needed to sell, it needed repairs. Together we went over the house. Discussed its needs, the market, its potential once renovated and we got to work. I paid for the repairs and scheduled the contractors and executed the renovations. We put it on the market within 2.5 months and everyone loved it. At the sale I received my renovation money back plus a percentage of the home that we had agreed upon before hand. She loved it and agreed that more people could benefit from this idea if they knew about it. There are contracts involved, this isn't a new idea I came up with (although I thought I did for a minute ;) it just isn't as wildly popular because it takes trust and honesty. People don't believe anymore that there are folks in this world that do have good hearts. We could chat this out over coffee and you may decide it isn't your cup.of tea ;) that is okay too! I just wish more people knew they had options. I am happy to chat with you anytime or email if you have a question.
I want to know more about the person behind the house. Calling is fabulous but if you wish to email your story, go for it! The situation might be a tough one for you, but I assure you there is hope.
After we have had the opportunity to discuss your desired outcome, see the property, and review the notes, we can work through what I have found and see what you think. Usually within 24-48 hours.
Think it over. There is no pressure...ever! I want to work with you to stop the financial burden you carry and help you get a fresh start.
Mustard Seed Collective is a small company with a big heart. I want to help my client’s transition with grace and hope into the next chapter of their lives. It isn't just a transaction to me, I truly want to help and I am not making your house one of hundreds. I am going to remember you, your house, and your story.
Mustard Seed Collective was created from an idea that I could help change peoples lives doing what I love. I have always loved houses and the transformation of them, and I feel the same way about people. We all have dreams we want to chase, and often we need the assistance of others to show us it is possible. My desire is to meet people where they are at and bring their smiles back. In the process, I get to be a part of a new community and pour beauty and purpose into an older home for a new family. I want to continue the journey, but not at the cost of the homeowner or the neighborhood. Portions of every renovation will have a community message that will go back into the street in some way. I want to instill a 'Love Thy Neighborhood' mentality. It takes a village, but even a village has to start with one home.

Life can make difficult situations seem hopeless. I know, I have been there. Our stories are probably more similar than you think. That is why this business is centered around relationships. Sometimes you need people who have been there and made it to the other side to guide you through. I see your situation as hopeful and that together we can move mountains, that alone may feel impossible.
